With the opening of a new North American applications lab and office in Monroe, Connecticut, KSV now has the possibility to run samples, hold user training courses and respond rapidly to customer requests. "The new lab makes it possible to provide our customers and users with the level of service they need with much quicker turnaround times" says Greg Wills, Manager of the North American office.
