KSV 2000 System 1 for BAM

The KSV2000 System 1 for BAM is a version of KSV's most popular KSV2000 series, which is specially designed for BAM applications, suitable for both KSV BAM300 and Nanofilm BAMs and Ellipsometers. The heart of the system is the Interface unit with the barrier drive and the system set-up is built around it by using the modules and accessories. All the modules are easily plugged into the Interface unit and the system set-up is factory installed and ready to use. The configuration can be up-graded later with various accessories and modules.

The barriers and other mechanics are designed so that the BAM optics can be placed as close as 10mm away from the water surface of the trough.
