Dip Coaters

KSV dip-coaters can be used for preparation of self-assembled monolayers, layer-by-layer assemblies, sol-gel coatings etc. The dip-coaters are fully computer controlled for single or multiple vessels. The servo controlled DC motor enables vibration free immersion and withdrawal of samples into the liquid vessels.
 
The dip-coaters are easy to install and are operated with user friendly Windows software, providing the possibility to program any kind of dipping sequence into single or multiple vessels. The open design allows simple optimization for specific applications.

KSV Provides three basic dip coaters, the Low-cost Single Vessel KSV DC, the regular Single Vessel KSV D and the Multiple Vessel KSV LM. A dual speed version (denoted with "X2" in the product code) is available for each. Also a special Extended Range version of KSV D (Product code KSVDX2S) is available.
